Toyota Motor's sales and production in November 2025 decreased, largely due to a sharp decline in China, where the country halted support aimed at boosting sales of electric and fuel-efficient vehicles. Production also fell by 3.4% to 934,001 vehicles. On Thursday, the company announced that its global sales, including those of its subsidiaries Daihatsu Motor and Hino Motors, decreased by 1.9% in the same month compared to 2024, reaching 965,919 vehicles. Automakers are facing an increasing degree of economic uncertainty this year amidst a tense environment.
